Our Founder
IRINI AGOLLARI - Founding Director
Irini Agollari is a Risk & Compliance executive with over 15 years’ experience across financial services, fintech, and technology sectors (including health and data). She brings board‑level accountability to risk management, having served as an AMLCO and CRO leading enterprise programs covering AML/CTF, AFSL obligations, APRA regulations and broader consumer law requirements. Irini’s approach is inclusive and hands‑on: she co‑designs fit‑for‑purpose frameworks, turns risk registers into decision tools, and builds reporting that clearly shows where risk sits—driving culture change by modelling practical, simple, and honest ways of working.
A qualified lawyer, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia, Irini brings extensive experience in highly regulated environments that require governance leadership.
Irini has a true love for her craft and using her skills for good, through her work in the Not for Profit sector. She holds board roles, including Chair of Risk Committee, and undertakes pro bono work with established organisations—supporting risk management foundations, identifying gaps, and guiding boards to strengthen governance and resilience.

DAMIEN BRIGNEL - Director, IT Risk
Damien has over 40 years experience in risk and compliance management, both at the tactical and C-level. His agile nature and ability to adapt quickly to new environments, has seen him successfully deliver outcomes across a number of industries, from financial services, to health, technology and more. Damien is a safe and trusted pair of hands who can get the job done, no matter the obstacles.
Damien brings experience, maturity and a can-do attitude to all his clients. With a strong background in IT and Software Development he specialises in IT Risk, Process Management and all things technology.
RUSSELL ADAMS - Director, Training and Implementation
Russell is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of quality assurance and auditing experience to our team. As an educator with over 15 years of coaching and training, he is an energetic leader, who puts people at the centre of his work. He has a passion for transforming organisations through training, and implementation of tools and systems that are fit-for-purpose and meet the needs of the customer.
Russell is a certified lead auditor who can be trusted to identify business-gaps, and recommend process and system improvements that will enable organisations to get the desired certification - from ISO 9001 (Quality), to ISO 27001 (Information Security) and more. Russell's commitment to quality and eye for detail is an asset to our team.
