As a Risk and Compliance leader with 14 years' experience across a variety of sectors - from big government, to e-health, foodtech and more - Irini has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. With an infectious energy and positivity, she embeds herself in teams and is able to change culture by modelling behaviour and leading from the bottom-up. Throughout her career, she has focused on co-designing risk frameworks and building compliance process and tools with the people that use them. By delivering tailored training to her teams, she drives buy-in and sustainable change.
As a qualified lawyer, Irini is able to interpret and incorporate legislative and regulatory requirements into business systems to drive strong compliance. Fluent in 4 languages, she is a lateral thinker, with a 'hands on', inclusive leadership-style. Irini sits in a number of Boards offering Strategic risk management oversight and business leadership.
Damien has over 40 years experience in risk and compliance management, both at the tactical and C-level. His agile nature and ability to adapt quickly to new environments, has seen him successfully deliver outcomes across a number of industries, from financial services, to health, technology and more. Damien is a safe and trusted pair of hands who can get the job done, no matter the obstacles.

Russell is a seasoned professional who brings a wealth of quality assurance and auditing experience to our team. As an educator with over 15 years of coaching and training, he is an energetic leader, who puts people at the centre of his work. He has a passion for transforming organisations through training, and implementation of tools and systems that are fit-for-purpose and meet the needs of the customer.
Russell is a certified lead auditor who can be trusted to identify business-gaps, and recommend process and system improvements that will enable organisations to get the desired certification - from ISO 9001 (Quality), to ISO 27001 (Information Security) and more.
